Victoria Drive Phone Box

The Parish council has agreed to adopt the phone box from BT and has approved it’s adaptation to become a mini-library/book exchange.

The adoption process is in progress (thanks, Julie) and BT have asked about the number of panes of glass to be replaced.  We take this as a good sign that they are prepared to  put the structure in good order before we take it over!  It seems basically sound but desperately in need of some TLC.

Lots of people have expressed an interest in this project and we will be in touch with you all as soon as we have a go - ahead.
